My 9-year-old student wanted to chat with me online. He says he’s using Gmail and got the account set up to chat with his eldest sister who’s just moved out of state to attend university. I said I don’t usually chat online. He says that I could check if he’s been practicing the piano when we chat online … I asked him how long it takes to travel from his tuition centre to piano class cos he’s late. He wasn’t sure what that place is but he’ll know if he has a map. We wasted 20 minutes searching for it...
